Dividend payment targeting a 7.5% gross yield

Further to our dividend declaration announcement made on Monday 2 November 2020, stating that we are targeting a 7.5% gross yield for the financial year ending 31 December 2020, we are pleased to confirm that the payment of a gross interim dividend of 0.02 pence per share was made to our registered shareholders on Friday 4 December 2020.
