CONFIRMATION - CHANGE OF FINANCE DIRECTOR Further to an announcement made on 10 October 2013, GKN plc confirms theretirement of William Seeger from the GKN Board with effect from close ofbusiness on 25 February 2014 and the appointment of Adam Walker as GroupFinance Director with effect from 26 February 2014.
