Confirmation of Directorate Change
iomart (AIM: IOM), the cloud computing company, today confirms a change to its Board of Directors (the "Board").
Further to the Company's announcement of 17 July 2018, iomart confirms that Richard Logan has stepped down from the Board and his role as Group Finance Director of the Company and that Scott Cunningham has been appointed to the Board as Group Finance Director of the Company, both effective from 4 September 2018.
