Confirmation of corporate broking arrangements

The Board of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited reconfirms the retention of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") as corporate broker to the Company, acting in a sole capacity with effect from 2 March 2016. It also intends to appoint Stifel in due course as the Company's sole placing agent under a new placing programme which the Company is considering putting in place (subject to shareholder approval) to replace the existing placing programme which is due to expire on 29 March 2016.

The Board notes the significant additional resource committed by its investment adviser, Gravis Capital Partners LLP, in providing client funds with a more comprehensive service and the recruitment of a dedicated Head of Investment Companies as part of this process. Accordingly, the Board believes the Company and its shareholders will remain well served, in a cost effective manner, by its group of advisors.
