Confirmation of Chief Executive Officer Succession
James Cropper plc (AIM: CRPR), the Advanced Materials and Paper & Packaging group, confirms that, as previously announced, David Stirling will be appointed to the Board as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 3 February 2025.
Following the Company's announcement on 29 October 2024, David Stirling joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer Designate on 2 January 2025. His appointment to the Board and as Chief Executive Officer follows a smooth handover of responsibilities from Steve Adams who on 3 February 2025 will step down as Chief Executive Officer and from the Board. Steve will remain with the Company to provide support until his retirement at the end of March 2025.
