13 July 2012 BISICHI MINING PLC (the "Company") Change of listing category on the Official List
The Company announces that following the passing of the Resolution at the General Meeting on 14 June 2012, the Company's Ordinary Shares have today been transferred out of the category of a "premium listing (commercial company)" on the Official List and into the category of a "standard listing (shares)" on the Official List.
Unless otherwise defined, terms in this announcement have the defined meaning given to them in the circular which was sent to shareholders on 25 May 2012.
