Confirmation of CEO appointment

Further to the Group's announcement of 15 January 2026, Alumasc is pleased to confirm that Pamela Bingham, who joined Alumasc's Board as CEO Designate on 2 March 2026, has today been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, following Paul Hooper's retirement on 31 March 2026.
