Confirmation of Capital Reduction

Stadium (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, announces that on 15 February 2017 the Court granted an order approving the reduction of the Company's share premium account (the "Capital Reduction"), as approved by shareholders on 19 January 2017. The Company has filed this order with the Registrar of Companies and it is therefore now effective as at 15 February 2017. The purpose of the Capital Reduction is to create additional distributable reserves which will provide the Company with further flexibility in relation to the payment of future dividends.
