Euromoney confirms the appointment of Leslie Van de Walle as Chairman

As announced on 31 January 2019, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC ("Euromoney" or "the Company"), the global information business providing essential B2B information to global and specialist markets, confirms that Leslie Van de Walle today joined the Board as the independent, non-executive Chairman of the Company. He will also be Chair of the Nominations Committee.

David Pritchard, the Company's Acting Chairman and Acting Chairman of the Nominations Committee, retired from the Board on 28 February 2019.
