Confirmation of Board Changes

Just Eat plc (LSE: JE), the world's leading marketplace for online food delivery, confirms, further to the announcement on 21 June 2016, the appointment of Paul Harrison to the Company's Board as Chief Financial Officer and as an Executive Director, effective as of today. Mike Wroe has now stepped down as a Director of the Company and will continue within the business until 31 December 2016. He will be available through the first half of 2017 to support Paul during the transition to ensure a smooth succession.
