Confirmation of Board Change

It was announced at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 May 2018, that Steve Brown, the Senior Non-Executive Director and Chairman of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees wished to retire later in the year.

He formally resigned from the Board today, with immediate effect, after 14 years' service. The process to find a replacement is already ongoing and a further announcement will be forthcoming in the near future.

Robert Moyle, Executive Chairman, stated:

"Steve's knowledge, experience and most particularly wisdom have proved invaluable and of immeasurable benefit to the Group. Both the Board and shareholders are indebted to him for his total commitment and formally extend our thanks to him for his 14 years' service."
