MCINERNEY HOLDINGS PLC Confirmation Hearing for Examiner Adjourned
McInerney Holdings plc ("McInerney" or the "Group") advises that, following the sanctioning of the appointment of an Interim Examiner by the High Court on 27th August 2010 to McInerney and its principal Irish subsidiaries, McInerney Homes Limited ("Homes), McInerney Construction (Holdings) Limited, McInerney Contracting Limited and McInerney Contracting Dublin Limited, the confirmation hearing scheduled for today, 7th September 2010, has been adjourned until Friday 10th September 2010.
Separately, the Group also states that, on 6th September 2010, the Irish Banking Syndicate appointed a Receiver to McInerney Services Limited which trades as a treasury company, but does not hold housebuilding assets.
