S.N.G.N. ROMGAZ S.A. regrets the impossibility to dial-in into the conference scheduled for today May 15, 2014 at 16:00. This unfortunate event is due to the failure of the telecommunication services supplier to provide the required conditions for carrying out this conference call.

The company intends to reschedule the conference call for tomorrow, May 16, 2014 at 13:30 (Romanian local time).

After receiving the confirmation from the telecommunication services supplier in terms of ensuring the proper conditions for having the conference call, all details regarding the access to the conference call will be posted on the company's website.
