Dwyka Diamonds Limited28 February 2007 DWYKA DIAMONDS LIMITED ('DWYKA' OR THE 'COMPANY') CONCRETE DELIVERY COMMENCES AT THE KIMBERLEY PRISON SITE On 14 February 2007, the Company announced that through its South African basedBEE compliant subsidiary it had been awarded a contract for the supply ofconcrete to a new prison facility to be established near Kimberley, SouthAfrica. Further to this announcement, Dwyka is pleased to announce that concretedelivery commenced on Monday 26 February. Over the next two weeks, 100 cubicmetres of concrete will be supplied from the Company's Kimberley batching plant.Beyond the initial deliveries, concrete will be supplied from an on-sitebatching plant. 500 cubic metres will be required in March, increasing to atarget of 2,000 cubic metres per month over a supply duration of 17 months. Intotal, over 40,000 cubic metres will be delivered at an average price of aboutZAR 600 per cubic metre generating total expected revenues of approximately ZAR24,000,000 as previously advised.
