Cablevisión Holding Informs composition of Audit Committee

 

On 17 Febraury 2023, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Ignacio Rolando Driollet as Member of the Audit Committee, stating for the record that Mr. Driollet is not independent. The positions of the Audit Committee, until the next General Shareholders' Meeting held to elect the Company's authorities, are the following:
