Nippon Active Value Fund plc (the "Company") announces that it is satisfied that all inside information which the Directors and the Company may have to the date of this announcement has previously been notified to a regulatory information service, and that any such inside information arising prior to the date of the announcement of the Company's Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Results Announcement Date") will be notified to a regulatory information service prior to the Annual Results Announcement Date.

The Company is, on that basis, not prohibited from repurchasing its own securities, or issuing new securities, during the closed period which ends on the Annual Results Announcement Date.
