This is in compliance of the Listing Agreement.

This is to confirm you that Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, vide letter bearing No. C-31022/1/2014-CA/FTS30067 dated 15.09.2014 has extended the tenure of Shri Prabhat Singh, Director(Marketing)beyond 24.02.2014 till 30.11.2014, till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Further, Shri P.K Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas ceases to be Part-time Director(Government Nominee) of the company w.e.f. September 25,2014.
