Report 32/2012: Completion of winding-up of Bank's subsidiary - Holding Sp. z o.o. in liquidation

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") hereby informs that it received a ruling of the Local Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw concerning the deletion as at 6 July 2012 from the National Court Register of Bank's subsidiary, Holding Sp. z o.o. in liquidation. The Bank informed of the winding-up of Holding sp. z o.o. in Current Report No. 66/2010 dated 22 October 2010.

Legal grounds: §5 Item 1 Section 24 of Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 in the matter of current and periodical information, provided by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions of classification as equivalent of information, required by the laws of a non-member state country.
