Completion of the Transaction
GVC Holdings plc (AIM:GVC), a leading online gaming company, is pleased to announce that the acquisition by East Pioneer Corporation B.V. of Sportingbet plc's Turkish language website, www.superbahis.com and associated offshore assets, which is supported by a services agreement with GVC Sports B.V., a subsidiary of the Company, was completed after the market closed yesterday, Monday 21 November 2011.
