Completion of the sale of Healthcare Services

Further to its previous announcements, Watchstone Group plc (LON:WTG) announces that its Canadian subsidiary, Quindell Services Inc. has completed the sale of PT Healthcare Solutions Corp. and other subsidiaries forming its Canadian Healthcare services ("Healthcare Services") business to 11628542 Canada Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of LM Holdings Corp. (collectively, "LMH")

Stefan Borson, Group Chief Executive Officer said: "Firstly, I would like to thank the Healthcare Services team for their hard work during the Group's ownership of the business.
