Further to the Company's announcement on 9 June 2014 concerning the approval by shareholders of the resolution relating to the proposed early settlement of the Earn Out payable to the former shareholders of E-consultancy.com Limited, this early settlement has completed today, Monday 16 June 2014.

Terms defined in the circular sent to shareholders on 21 May 2014 have the same meanings in this announcement.
