Completion of the disposal of Keith Bayley Rogers & Co. Limited

On 1 November 2012, Walker Crips Group plc (the "Company") announced the conditional disposal (the "Disposal") of the entire issued share capital of its subsidiary Keith Bayley Rogers & Co. Limited ("KBR") to BWV Investments Limited ("BWVI"). 

The Company is pleased to announce that all of the conditions relating to the completion of the Disposal ("Completion"), including the approval of the Financial Conduct Authority of the change in control of KBR, have been either satisfied or waived by BWVI and that Completion occurred with effect from 31 May 2013.
