Completion of the acquisition of
NAVES Corporate Finance GmbH
On 7 September 2017, Braemar Shipping Services plc ("Braemar") announced the conditional acquisition of the entire issued share capital of NAVES Corporate Finance GmbH (the "Acquisition"). Following Shareholder approval of the Acquisition as announced earlier today, Braemar is pleased to confirm that it has completed the Acquisition.
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning as those set out in the "Definitions" section of the announcement issued by Braemar at 7.00 a.m. on 7 September.
