CLS Holdings plc ("the Company") Completion of Tender Offer and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the circular to shareholders dated 23 March 2010 which completed on 14 April 2010, the Company has purchased 1,004,817 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") being 1 in every 48 Ordinary Shares at 600 pence per Ordinary Share, all of which have been cancelled.
Following the above transaction, the Company now has 52,019,439 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 4,793,000 Ordinary Shares are currently held by the Company as treasury shares. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue excluding treasury shares and also the total number of voting rights in the Company is 47,226,439.
