{to be renamed CT Healthcare Trust plc}

Completion of Tender Offer

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 4 March 2026, the Company announces that it has acquired 29,922,562 ordinary redeemable shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the tender offer launched by the Company on 12 February 2026 (the "Tender Offer"). All Shares repurchased by the Company will be held in treasury.

Payment to shareholders of the Tender Offer consideration is expected to be made by 20 March 2026.

Following the above transaction, the Company holds 271,875,637 of its Shares in treasury and has 43,276,672 Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
