Completion of Subscription and Appointment of Director

Huntsworth plc (the "Company") announces that the strategic alliance with BlueFocus Communication Group Co. Ltd ("BlueFocus"), the Chinese communication group listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and the proposed £36.5 million investment by BlueFocus in Huntsworth (the "Subscription"), which was first announced on 25 April 2013, successfully completed today.

Pursuant to the terms of the Subscription Agreement between BlueFocus, BlueFocus International Limited ("BlueFocus International") and the Company, BlueFocus International has acquired 63,000,000 New Huntsworth Shares, raising gross proceeds of approximately £36.5 million. The New Huntsworth Shares represent approximately 19.6 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The New Huntsworth Shares were admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange earlier today.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Oscar Zhao as a non-executive Director with effect from Admission of the New Huntsworth Shares.

Terms used in the combined prospectus and circular of the Company dated 18 September 2013 shall have the same meaning when used in this announcement, unless the context requires otherwise.
