Completion of Share repurchase programme

23 November 2021: Kingfisher plc (the "Company" or "Kingfisher") announces that the programme announced on 30 September 2021 programme to purchase its shares for cancellation has now completed.

Credit Suisse International, who undertook the programme on Kingfisher's behalf, purchased 22,599,655 shares for a total consideration of £75 million.

As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £75 million out of the £300 million capital return programme announced with the Company's half-year results on 21 September 2021.
