Styles & Wood Group plc, the integrated property services and project delivery specialist, is pleased to announce that following the approval of its shareholders at its general meeting held on 28 May 2014, every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares that were in issue as at 5.30 p.m. on Wednesday 28 May 2014 have been consolidated into one New Ordinary Share and one New Deferred Share ("Capital Reoganisation").

Holders of fewer than 10 Existing Ordinary Shares have not received a New Ordinary Share or New Deferred Share following the Capital Reorganisation. Shareholders who held in excess of 10 Existing Ordinary Shares, but which were not exactly divisible by 10, have had their holding of New Ordinary Shares rounded down to the nearest whole number of New Ordinary Shares following the Capital Reorganisation. Fractional entitlements, whether arising from holdings of fewer or more than 10 Existing Ordinary Shares, will be sold in the market and the proceeds will be retained for the benefit of the Company.

The New Ordinary Shares arising from implementation of the Capital Reorganisation have the same rights as the Existing Ordinary Shares, including voting, dividend and other rights. The Company's new ISIN code is GB00BLG2TG58 and the new SEDOL code is BLG2TG5.

Following completion of the Capital Reoganisation, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 6,182,383 New Ordinary Shares. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement.
