Completion of sale of Directinet and Netcollections
IPTH announces that further to the press release on 11 December 2009, the sale of Directinet SA and Netcollections SAS to Bisnode AB is now complete, with all previously outstanding conditions being met.
The Group's loan from Barclays Bank PLC has been repaid in full.
