Glen Group PLC07 January 2008 7 January 2008 Glen Group plc ("the Company") Completion of Sale On 19 December 2007, the Company announced the proposed sale of the business and assets of each of Eclectic Group Limited and I G Software Limited for a consideration of up to £3.0m. As also announced, this transaction was approved by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 4 January 2008. The sale has now been completed and the initial proceeds of £2.25m have today been received.
