Completion of Sale of Admiral trademarks in the UK and Ireland
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that, pursuant to the announcement released on 28 May 2010, it has received the final cash consideration in relation to the sale of the rights to the Admiral sports brand in the UK and Ireland and in certain other territories in North Africa and the Middle East.
