COMPLETION OF SALE OF TELECOMS ANTENNA BUSINESS
Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 19 December 2019, the sale of the telecoms antenna busines to Microdata Telecom Innovation Stockholm AB ("Microdata") successfully completed on 2 January 2020 on the same terms previously disclosed.
