Manchester Building Society Completes Sale of Stake in New Life Home Finance Limited

Further to its announcement on 13 February 2015 under RNS Number 9166E, Manchester Building Society ("the Society") has today completed the sale of its 19.9% ordinary share holding in New Life Home Finance Limited for a consideration of £995,000. The Society has realised a gain of £745,000, having originally invested £250,000 in 2005. The Society refers parties to Legal and General Group Plc RNS Number 1807J issued on 1st April 2015 for further details on the transaction.
