Pivot Entertainment completes sale of First Artist Sport Limited

Pivot Entertainment Plc (AIM: PVT), a transatlantic media and entertainment company is pleased to announce the completion of sale of First Artist Sport Limited ("First Artist Sport" or "FAS"), the football player representation agency.

Pivot Entertainment announced the sale of First Artist Sport to Jon and Phil Smith on 19 May 2011.

Commenting on today's announcement, Jeremy Barbera, Chief Executive of Pivot Entertainment says: "We are pleased to finalise the sale of First Artist Sport Limited. This now enables us to continue the development of Dewynters and Spotco, whilst reengineering the Group into a highly-focused transatlantic media and entertainment company. We look forward to updating shareholders at the Company's forthcoming AGM."
