Completion of sale of Deal Group Media Pty Limited

Asia Digital Holdings plc (AIM:ADH), an independent online marketing group, announces that it has completed the sale of the entire issued share capital of its Australian business, Deal Group Media Pty Limited, along with all intellectual property required to run the operation in Australia and New Zealand, to Digital Performance Group Ltd, an Australian Stock Exchange listed holding company formerly known as ComTel Corporation.

Asia Digital has received the gross initial sum of AU$2.1 million and anticipates receiving the second purchase price instalment of between AU$1.4 million and AU$1.9 million within one month, leaving a final instalment of up to AU$1.0 million expected to be paid in November 2011.
