Completion of Sale of Ambrian Partners Limited

Ambrian announces that following satisfaction of all the conditions precedent (including approval from the Financial Services Authority) the Company has now completed the sale of the whole of the issued share capital of its investment banking subsidiary, Ambrian Partners Limited ("APL"). Following completion of the sale, Charles Crick (who had been acting head of corporate finance of APL in the period leading up to the disposal) has retired from the Boards of APL and of Ambrian.

Commenting on Charles Crick's departure, Nathan Steinberg, acting Chairman of Ambrian said: "We are very grateful to Charles for his contribution to the Ambrian Group over the years and particularly with reference to Ambrian Partners. We wish him well for the future."
