EKF DIAGNOSTICS HOLDINGS PLC Completion of Sale of Admiral trademarks in the Americas

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that, pursuant to the announcement released on 24 December 2010, it has received the cash consideration of US$774,000 in relation to the sale of the rights to the Admiral sports brand in the Americas. As announced on 24 December 2010, completion of the disposal of the remaining rights in the Admiral sportswear brand (now being the Admiral trademarks in certain European territories) is expected to complete on 28 January 2011.
