EKF DIAGNOSTICS HOLDINGS PLC Completion of Sale of Admiral trademarks in Europe

EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that, pursuant to the announcement released on 21 January 2011, it has completed the disposal of the remaining rights in the Admiral sportswear brand (being the Admiral trademarks in certain European territories) and has received the cash consideration of £ 238,500 in that regard.
