Completion of sale of waste water collection and storage vessel

Nature Group PLC (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, is pleased to announce that it has now completed the sale of its waste water collection and storage vessel, the M/V Crystalwater (the "Vessel" or the "Crystalwater"), as outlined in the announcement of 23 February 2015 (the "Disposal"). Completion of the Disposal follows a final technical inspection of the Vessel and receipt by the Company of cash consideration of US$2.8 million (approximately £1.9 million at the current exchange rate).
