Completion of Sale and Leaseback

The directors of CSF Group, a leading provider of data centre facilities and services in South East Asia, are pleased to advise that CSF Advisers Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has completed the sale and leaseback of the CX1 data centre. The proceeds of the disposal were RM49,317,000 (approximately £10.0 million) and the profit on the sale is expected to be approximately RM20,786,000 (approximately £4.2 million).
