Emblaze Ltd ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Completion of sale and directorate changes
Ra'anana, Israel, 26 November 2010: Further to the approval of the Company's shareholders, Emblaze wishes to inform that the sale of its entire 49.2% holding in Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. to Asseco Poland SA. was duly completed and closing of the transaction took place yesterday evening Israel time.
In addition, the Board of Emblaze announces that effective today, Guy Bernstein will retire from his current position as Chief Executive Officer of Emblaze and will become a non-executive director of the Company. Mr. Naftali Shani assumed the position of Executive Chairman of Emblaze with effect from conclusion of the annual general meeting, which took place on 24 November 2010.
