Completion of Restructuring
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the restructuring of Promethean India plc (the "Company"), as set out in the announcement released on 22 July, is effective as of today 2 September 2008.
The Company will notify the effective date of its change of name in due course.

Promethean India plc was launched in April 2007 as an AIM listed fund. The Fund invests in private and public equity investments in India and is advised by an India-based investment team.
Four investments have been made to date across a range of sectors including leisure, automotive, mobile payment services and building materials.
