Seeing Machines Limited31 October 2007 31 October 2007 Seeing Machines Limited ("Seeing Machines" or the "Company") Completion of Placing, Issue of Shares, Directors' Interests and Change in Shareholdings Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), a leading developer of advanced computer basedimaging software systems, has completed the combined placings, the subject ofthe announcements made on 24 and 25 September and 26 October, issuing a further47,652,000 ordinary shares at 2.5p per share bringing the total number of newordinary shares issued in the placings to 56,000,000 ordinary shares. TheCompany has raised £1.4 million before expenses in the placings. The further47,652,000 new ordinary shares have been admitted for trading on AIM today. Thisbrings the total share capital of the company to 312,164,929. Following the issue of these 47,652,000 new ordinary shares the Company is awareof the following relevant changes in directors' and connected persons'shareholdings and substantial and significant shareholdings as defined in theAIM Rules for Companies.
