Completion of placing
Further to the Company's earlier announcement in respect of its intention to raise £11.2 million before expenses, Melrose Resources plc is pleased to announce the completion of the placing of 4,485,365 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("Placing Shares") at a price of 250 pence per share ("Placing").
