Completion of partial compulsory redemption and total voting rights

Pursuant to the Company's compulsory partial redemption of its Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") announced on 26 September 2018, 11,064,473 Shares representing 50% of Shares in issue, have been redeemed and cancelled today, 4 October 2018 and, accordingly, 11,064,498 Shares remain in issue. The remaining Shares which have not been redeemed now trade under the new ISIN - IM00BFD2HQ29.

Payments of redemption monies will be effected either through CREST (in the case of Shares held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of Shares held in certificated form) on or around 10 October 2018.

The above figure (11,064,498) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 Terms not defined in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
