Places for People Group completes merger with Luminus Group
The board of Places for People Group Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed its merger with Luminus Group Limited ("Luminus"). Luminus is now a subsidiary of Places for People Group Limited.
This announcement has been made by David Cowans, Group Chief Executive on behalf of Places for People Homes Limited, Places for People Capital Markets plc, Places for People Treasury plc and Places for People Finance plc.
