Completion of Joint Venture with GZ Auto

Further to the announcement made on 25 April 2012, Tarsus, the international business-to-business media group, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of 50 per cent of the China International Automotive Aftermarket Industry and Tuning (Guangzhou) Trade Fair ("GZ Auto") and other associated business assets.

Tarsus expects to announce a year end trading update on 7 January 2013.
