ITV confirms completion of sale of Friends Reunited
ITV plc today announces that the sale of its 100% shareholding in Friends Reunited Holdings Limited ("Friends Reunited") to Brightsolid Online Innovation Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of D.C. Thomson Limited) for a total cash consideration of £25m, completed on 25 March 2010 following regulatory approval from the competition authorities.
