Completion of First Tranche of Share Buyback Programme

Bellway p.l.c. ('Bellway' or the 'Group') announces that the first £50 million tranche of the £100 million share buyback programme, announced on 28 March 2023, has now completed.

Bellway entered into a non-discretionary agreement with Numis Securities Limited to conduct the first tranche of the share buyback programme on Bellway's behalf (as announced on 28 March 2023). As of 16 June 2023 2,147,455 shares were purchased for cancellation, at a cost of c.£50 million (excluding stamp duty and expenses).

Further details on the second tranche of the share buyback programme will be announced in due course.
