 COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSALS

Flying Brands Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval of the Disposals being granted at the EGM of the Company on 30 November 2011, the Retreat Farm Conditions and the Meadow Springs Conditions have now been concluded. The total gross proceeds of the Disposals of £3.325 million have been received by the Company and will be applied as detailed in the Circular posted to shareholders on 14 November 2011 (the "Circular").
